meet the team
Ayan leads efforts in data collection and analysis. He established relationships with multiple research companies and alcohol entities to aggregate data and deliver on-premise insights. He previously worked as a Foreign Exchange Analyst at Greenwich Associates. At Sony Pictures, he conducted audience polling and developed a data science team to advise on film acquisition and distribution. Ayan is an alumnus of Northwestern University.

Karen leads marketing, communications and customer experience. She has over 20 years of experience in the public sector and private sector including Motorola Solutions and PwC leading strategy, marketing, innovation and growth efforts. She is an adjunct professor of business at DePaul University teaching and researching entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity and management. Karen is an alumna of Northwestern University for her undergraduate degree and DePaul University for her Master's and doctorate degrees.

Jim leads efforts in establishing sales relationships with brands and advertisers. He was previously a VP/sales director at The Nielsen Company. During his career, he recruited, hired and developed numerous award winning sales teams. He was voted "Manager of the Year" for elevating customer satisfaction and spearheading a training program that improved sales results and team engagement. Jim is an alumnus of the University of Tampa.
